Time Changer is about a Bible professor questioning how morals can be taught. He is rebuffed by oversight, in the form of Gavin McCloud's character, Mr. Anderson. Mr. Anderson also secretly owns a time machine and through it, the Bible professor travels from the 19th century to modern day times. Of course, he is astonished by the lack of morals he sees in modern day society, which is humorously illustrated in the film. Through a series of comical scenes, he improves the local community. I loved this film. It left me with a good feeling. Some films either make you sad, depressed or you walk away from it yawning or giggling, but this one leaves you with a smile. Well worth the watch. Official plot summary:
"The year is 1890 and Bible Professor Russell
Carlisle has written a new manuscript. His book is about to receive an unanimous
endorsement from the board members at Grace Bible Seminary until his colleague,
Dr. Norris Anderson, has a "difficulty with something." Dr. Anderson believes
what Carlisle has written could greatly affect future generations. Using a
secret time machine, Anderson sends Carlisle over 100 years into the future,
offering him a glimpse of where his beliefs will lead." |
