The depressing film "The Day The Earth Stood Still" is another Hollywood attempt at turning Global Warming into a religion, which in light of "Climategate" is somewhat hilarious. The movie even briefly incorporated a Biblical theme, via equating events in the film to the great flood described in the Bible.

This project is a remake of the 1951 science fiction film of the same name, revamped to fit Hollywood's current agenda, as told to them by former Vice President Al Gore - Climate Change. The Special EFX were outstanding, but the storyline was strange and saddening.
