"Sully" is the biographical film following U.S. Airways pilot Chesley Sullenberger's landing of Flight 1549 in New York's Hudson River. Flight 1549 suffered from a bird strike mid-air, which destroyed the plane's two engines.

Sullenberger was initially criticized for landing the plane in the Hudson, as aviation authorities were of the belief the aircraft could have been safely landed at LaGuardia in New York or Teterboro in New Jersey. The movie "Sully" follows the conflict that ensued and how it was resolved.

"Sully" was a good film of a story worth telling. It brought Sullenberger's story to life in a manner audiences can appreciate.
