"Life Stinks" is a funny film about a wealthy man, Goddard Bolt, played by Mel Brooks, who makes a bet with a rival that he can survive in the ghetto of East Los Angeles for a month with no money. If he loses the bet, he has to forfeit a multi-billion dollar parcel of land in Los Angeles.

He takes the bet and things go awry...very awry...infuriatingly awry. However, the film makes a serious point about money. Actress Lesley Ann Warren also has a standout role in this film. This was a good movie. Well worth the watch. Brooks is very good at laugh out loud comedies. This one has a message.
