"Honey I Shrunk The Kids" starring Rick Moranis is about a scientist who accidentally shrinks his kids via a ray gun.

One day he comes home to find his kids missing, not realizing his ray gun actually works and it shrunk his children.

"Honey I Shrunk The Kids" was a hit at the box office in the 1980s, but was not exactly critically acclaimed. It is a mildly funny film that is more entertaining to very young audiences.
